🚚 Delivery Process

Your order is confirmed and prepared for dispatch.
The seller prepares the product for shipment.
The shipment is handed over for delivery.
Delivery status may be updated as the order moves through the delivery process.
The delivery agent may contact you at the provided phone number when required.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the applicable amount should be paid at the time of delivery.

🏠 Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, the phone number cannot be reached, or for another operational reason, another delivery attempt may be arranged where applicable.

Important: Please make sure your mobile number and delivery address are correct before placing the order.

🔐 Delivery OTP

For eligible deliveries, ShipNovaShop may use a delivery verification OTP.

Keep your delivery OTP confidential.
Share the OTP only with the authorized delivery agent when receiving your order.
Do not share an OTP with unknown persons over phone calls or messages.

💵 Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available only on eligible products and delivery locations.

If COD is available for your order, the payable amount will be shown during checkout.

⏳ Delivery Delays

Delivery may occasionally take longer than the estimated timeline because of weather conditions, transportation issues, high order volumes, holidays, local restrictions, incorrect address information, courier issues or other circumstances.
